摘要
基于双元制职业教育的成功,德国应用科学大学的应用型人才培养形成了相对成熟的模式。而我国随着供给侧改革的深入,正在探索应用型人才培养的有效路径。通过培养模式的对比,发现我国目前在目标、师资要求、课程体系与教学内容设计、企业参与度等方面均有不同,其原因主要与相关法律的完善性、监管机构的有效性以及企业文化氛围等有关。
Based on the successful model of dual vocational ed‐ucation,the undergraduate training model of applied talents of German has been focused around the world.In China,with the deepening of supply-side reform,effective models to cultivate application-oriented talents are being explored.This paper finds,through contrasting two models,there are many differ‐ences between German and China,such as clarity of training objectives,requirements for teachers,design of curriculum sys‐tem and teaching content,participation of corporates.The rea‐sons can be generalized such as perfection of relevant laws,the effectiveness of regulatory agencies,corporate culture,etc.
