关于高校课堂教学质量提升的探索与思考 被引量:2

摘要 该文针对当前高校课堂教学存在的教师对教学思想不够重视且对学生所需所想缺乏了解、教学和考核机制简单、教学缺乏创新理念等一系列问题及其成因进行了总结和分析,提出了从思想与目标、内容与方法、实践与创新三个方面提升课堂教学质量的理念和方法,同时也给出了提升课堂教学质量的其他相关举措,包括从制度上保障一线教师安心投入教学、积极参与教研教改课题和将科研成果反哺教学等方面。 Besides lacking innovation ideas and adopting simple teaching assessment mechanism,some college teachers do not pay enough attention to teaching and overlook students’needs and thoughts.In view of the problems mentioned above existing in the current classroom teaching in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes,and puts forward the ideas and methods to improve the quality of classroom teaching from three aspects,including ideas and objectives,contents and methods,practice and innovation.At the same time,some other relevant measures to improve the quality of classroom teaching are also presented,which include establishing rules and regulations that can ensure the rights and interests of front-line teachers and encouraging teachers to participate in teaching research and scientific research and apply scientific research results to teaching .
