摘要
大学生职业发展与就业指导类课程是高校做好学生就业创业指导工作的重要载体。在大学生职业生涯规划课程教学中采用“情境沉浸,分享探究”的教学策略,通过不同情境创设,学生在不同场景下主动学习,对授课内容会有更直观的感受,在获得更强的参与感的同时,也能更好地在课程中培养学生的问题解决能力和生涯管理能力。
College students’career development and employment guidance courses are an important carrier for colleges and universities to do a good job in guiding students’employment and entrepreneurship.The teaching strategy of“situational immersion,sharing and exploration”is adopted in the teaching of career planning courses for college students.Through the creation of different situations,students are enabled to learn actively in different situations,have a more intuitive experience of teaching content,and gain a stronger sense of participation at the same time,so that their problem-solving ability and career management ability can be better cultivated the courses.
