专业思政元素融入食品创新创业教育的改革与实践

摘要 食品创新创业教育侧重培养食品专业学子的创新精神与实践能力,已成为新时代食品类高校教育改革新的着力点。该文重点阐述了将专业思政元素融入食品创新创业教育改革的时代背景与功能特征,并从激发内源动力、提升思想觉悟、提高自主学习能力、增强趣味性、拓宽成绩评价体系五个角度出发,构筑创新创业教育体系与实践路径,促进专业思政元素全方位融入食品创新创业教育,为高质量食品创新创业人才培养提供方案支撑。 Food innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on cultivating creative spirit and practical ability of food students,which has become a new focus of the higher education reform in the new era.In this paper,the time background and functional feature of integrating specialized ideological and political elements into the reform of food innovation and entrepreneurship education were expounded with emphasis.The innovation and entrepreneurship education system and practice methods were constructed by five perspectives that were internal motivation,improvement of ideological awareness,enhancement of independent learning ability,increase of attractiveness,and expansion of performance evaluation system.This method could promote the all-round integration of specialized ideological and political elements and food innovation and entrepreneurship education,and would provide a theoretical support for the cultivation of high-quality food innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
