大脑中动脉狭窄患者Lp-PLA2基因R92H多态性检测的意义

Significance of Detection the R92H Site Polymorphism of Lp-PLA2 Gene in Patients with Middle Cerebral Artery Stenosis

目的通过检测脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)基因R92H多态性,探讨该基因多态性与大脑中动脉狭窄的关系。方法选取大脑中动脉合并急性脑梗死患者100例为病例组,选择同期健康体检者100名为对照组。检测所有对象Lp-PLA2基因R92H多态性、Lp-PLA2、超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)、血脂、血糖(Glu)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平,分析上述指标与大脑中动脉狭窄及Lp-PLA2基因R92H多态性的关系。结果病例组Lp-PLA2、HCY、血糖、Hs-CRP、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)显著高于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LP-PLA2基因R92H位点突变可能大脑中动脉斑块形成的原因,Lp-PLA2基因R92H多态性是大脑中动脉狭窄的独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)gene R92H and middle cerebral artery stenosis.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,100 patients with middle cerebral artery complicated with acute cerebral infarction were selected in the Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital,and 100 healthy patients during the same period were selected as controls.Lp-PLA2 gene R92H polymorphism,Lp-PLA2,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(HsCRP),blood lipids,blood sugar(Glu),homocysteine(HCY)levels in all patients were detected.Indicators above and middle cerebral artery stenosis and the relationship between Lp-PLA2 gene R92H polymorphism were analyzed.Results Lp-PLA2,HCY,blood sugar,Hs-CRP,low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),and triglyceride(TG)in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The R92H mutation of LP-PLA2 gene may be the cause of middle cerebral artery plaque formation.The R92H polymorphism of Lp-PLA2 gene is an independent risk factor for middle cerebral artery stenosis.
