Conflict and Reconstruction of Media Publicity:From Public Channels to the Internet

公共频道是电视公共性最好的表达空间,但实际上它并没有相对显著的公共性。从历史制度主义的视角看,频道公共性之所以会出现名实之间的冲突主要是因为其存在着历史制度上的路径依赖。从媒介环境学的逻辑出发,考虑到信息的数字化处理方式和信息载体的技术进步,互联网的公共性表达存在着可能的技术路径。

Public channels are the best expression space for television publicity,but in fact it does not have relatively significant publicity.From the perspective of historical institutionalism,the conflict between name and reality of channel publicity is mainly due to the existence of historical institutional path dependence.Starting from the logic of the media environment,taking into account the digital processing of information and the technological progress of information carriers,there are possible technological paths for the public expression of the Internet.
