摘要
【目的】探明油茶开花结实期叶片营养状况,为贵州油茶合理施肥提供理论指导。【方法】以贵州油茶主产区开花结实期叶片为研究对象,测定油茶叶片中的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe及Mn 8种营养成分含量,利用DRIS营养诊断分析油茶需肥次序,建立油茶开花结实期叶片DRIS营养诊断体系。【结果】贵州省油茶开花结实期需肥次序为N>Mn>P>Mg>Fe>Ca>Zn>K;建立油茶开花结实期叶片DRIS营养诊断体系即明确油茶开花结实期叶片各营养元素含量的适宜范围:N 12.417~18.057 g/kg,P 0.586~1.307 g/kg,K 4.679~8.043 g/kg,Ca 6.621~8.464 g/kg,Mg 1.433~2.755 g/kg,Fe 0.183~0.361 g/kg,Mn 0.166~2.307 g/kg,Zn 15.453~28.428 mg/kg。【结论】贵州省油茶开花结实期叶片的N、P、Mg和Mn营养成分相对缺乏,K、Ca、Zn和Fe营养成分相对充足。
【Objective】To provide the theoretical guidance for rational fertilization of Guizhou Camellia oleifera,the nutrition status of C.oleifera leaves at flowering and fruiting stage is explored.【Method】C.oleifera leaves at flowering and fruiting stage in Guizhou C.oleifera major growing area are used as the research objects to determine the eight nutrient content(N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe and Mn)in C.oleifera leaves,and fertilizer demanding sequence for C.oleifera is analyzed through DRIS nutrition diagnosis,and then the DRIS nutrition diagnosis system for C.oleifera leaves at flowering and fruiting stage is established.【Result】The fertilizer demanding sequence of Guizhou C.oleifera at flowering and fruiting stage follows N>Mn>P>Mg>Fe>Ca>Zn>K;The establishment of DRIS nutrition diagnosis system for C.oleifera leaves at flowering and fruiting stage which means the clearance of the suitable range of various nutrient element content in C.oleifera leaves at flowering and fruiting stage,that is,N 12.417-18.057 g/kg,P 0.586-1.307 g/kg,K 4.679-8.043 g/kg,Ca 6.621-8.464 g/kg,Mg 1.433-2.755 g/kg,Fe 0.183-0.361 g/kg,Mn 0.166-2.307 g/kg and Zn 15.453-28.428 mg/kg.【Conclusion】N,P,Mg and Mn in C.oleifera leaves at flowering and fruiting stage are relatively deficient,and K,Ca,Zn and Fe are relatively abundant.
