摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,水环境污染问题日益严重。其中,抗生素作为必备药物,使用量的剧增,随着环境分析测试技术的快速发展,水环境中药物污染受到了前所未有的关注,磺胺和喹诺酮类抗生素在水环境中被频繁检出。本文在查阅相关文献的基础上对磺胺和氟喹诺酮类这两类广泛使用的抗生素从污染途径与现状、环境效应和分析方法三个方面进行了系统介绍。
With the development of economy and the improvement of people s living standard,the problem of water environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.With the rapid development of environmental analysis and testing technology,drug pollution in water environment has received unprecedented attention.Sulfonamides and quinolones antibiotics have been frequently detected in water environment.Sulfonamides and fluoroquinolones,two widely used antibiotics,were systematically introduced from three aspects:pollution path and present situation,environmental effect and analysis method,based on literature review.
