摘要 成炭剂配合多聚磷酸铵阻燃聚丙烯基础上加入玻纤材料,通过熔融共混方法制备无烟阻燃型增强复合材料。研究复配阻燃剂与玻纤加入对复合材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性,燃烧行为以及机械性能的影响。结果表明多聚磷酸铵用量在30%,玻纤含量15%的复合材料可以达到UL-94中2.5 mm的V-0级;玻纤含量加入量15%时,复合材料1%失重温度提高了18℃,同时复合材料残炭量达到最大值8.88%;复合材料在热辐射下的二次引燃时间随着玻纤增加迅速缩短,15%玻纤复合材料二次热辐射引燃并达到热释放峰值间隔时间比5%玻纤复合材料缩短670 s,热释放峰值提高3.2%;玻纤含量在15%时,复合材料拉伸强度达到44.13 MPa,断裂伸长率7.43%,冲击强度达到14.29 kJ/m^(2),弯曲强度达到67.17 MPa,弯曲模量达到3334 MPa。 The smoke-free flame-retardant reinforced composites were prepared by melt blending method on the basis of carbonizing agent and ammonium polyphosphate flame-retardant polypropylene.The effects of flame retardant and glass fiber on the flame retardancy,thermal stability,combustion behavior and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the composite with 30%ammonium polyphosphate and 15%glass fiber content can reach the V-0 grade of 2.5 mm in UL-94.When the glass fiber content was 15%,the 1%weight loss temperature of the composite increased by 18℃,and the carbon residue of the composite reached the maximum of 8.88%.The secondary ignition time of the composite under thermal radiation shortened rapidly with the increase of glass fiber,and the secondary thermal radiation of 15%glass fiber composite increasedwhen the glass fiber content was 15%.The tensile strength of the composite reached 44.13 MPa,elongation at break was 7.43%,iMPact strength was up to 14.29 kJ/m^(2),vending strength reached 67.17 MPa,the bending modulus reached 3334 MPa.
