摘要 使用文旦柚柚皮为提取物,利用微波辅助方法提取柚皮苷,研究较优提取溶液的选定,并探究微波提取时间、微波设定功率、液料比、提取液浓度对提取率的影响。结果表明:当以乙醇为提取溶液,功率设定为300 W,单次微波提取时间为30 s,乙醇浓度为70%,乙醇溶液和柚皮比为70:1(mL/g),提取率为3.38%,达到最佳,优于传统的提取方法。 The microwave-assisted extraction of naringin was used to study the selection of better extraction solution,and the effects of microwave extraction time,microwave setting power,liquid-material ratio and extract concentration on the extraction rate were investigated for the extract from some pomelo peel.The results showed that when ethanol was used as the extraction solution,the power was set to 300 W,the single microwave extraction time was 30 s,the ethanol concentration was 70,the ratio of ethanol solution to pomelo peel was 70:1(mL/g),and the extraction rate was 3.38,which was the best and superior to the traditional extraction method.
