摘要
由于蜂毒成分复杂,采用不同的分析方法分析不同来源的蜂毒,将为今后蜂毒的开发利用提供理论基础。本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(SDS-PAGE)、分子排阻色谱-高效液相色谱法(SEC-HPLC)和高分辨率质谱法(HRMS)对其蛋白多肽组分的分布进行分析,同时通过液相色谱法对其蜂毒肽的含量进行测定。结果证明不同来源蜂毒的蛋白多肽组成和蜂毒肽含量均存在差异,为后续蜂毒成分研究分析方法的选择提供了方向。
Due to the complex composition of bee venom,different analysis methods were used to analyze different sources of bee venom,which will provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of bee venom in the future.Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE),size exclusion chromatography-high performance liquid chromatography(SEC-HPLC)and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)were used to analyze the distribution of protein and polypeptide components.At the same time,the melittin content was determined by liquid chromatography.The results showed that the protein polypeptide composition and melittin content of different sources of bee venom were different,which provided a direction for the selection of research methods of bee venom components in the future.
