昭通黄花酢浆草化学成分及不同采收期总黄酮含量的分析 被引量:1

摘要 分析昭通黄花酢浆草化学成分、不同采收期总黄酮含量以期为其药效物质基础提供依据及确定最佳采收期。采用硅胶柱层析、高效液相等色谱技术进行分离,运用NMR等技术对所得化合物波谱数据进行结构鉴定;采用紫外-可见分光光度法,于510 nm处测定其吸光度,计算总黄酮含量。分离得到6个化合物,鉴定了其中4个化合物;不同月份采收的酢浆草总黄酮含量范围为0.78%~1.89%,6月最高,12月最低,该结果可为酢浆草采收期的确定提供一定的科学依据。 The chemical composition and total flavonoids content of Oxalis corniculata L in different harvest time were studied,which laid a theoretical foundation for the Medicinal substances of Oxalis corniculata L,and the best harvest time was determined.The compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography,etc.Their structures were identified by various spectroscopic methods including MS,NMR spectrum,etc.UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used,the absorbance was measured at 510 nm,and the total flavonoid content was calculated.Six compounds were isolated,among which 4 compounds were elucidated.The content of total flavonoids in Oxalis corniculata L harvested in different months was 0.37%~1.89%,the highest was in June,the lowest was in December.The results can provide a reliable scientific basis for determining Oxalis corniculata L harvest period.
