液化气泵用干气密封失效分析及优化改造

摘要 针对某焦化装置中液化气泵串联式干气密封在运行过程中出现的一级机械密封可靠性低、稳定性差、使用寿命短的问题,从泵用干气密封的设备运行工况、机封结构原理、各密封元件材质选择、配套冲洗方案是否合适等各方面进行排查,从故障现象、失效方式进行故障原因分析,并在此基础上实施了优化机封内部的冲洗流道和对第一级动静密封环结构参数进行优化的改造方案。 Aiming at the problems of low reliability,poor stability and short service life of the primary mechanical seal in the operation of the series dry gas seal ofLPG pump in a coking unit,the equipment operation condition,structural principle of the mechanical seal,material selection of each sealing element,and suitability of the matching flushing scheme of the pump dry gas sealwere investigated from the aspects of fault phenomenon and failure mode.Based on the analysis of the causes of the failure,the optimization of the flushing channel inside the mechanical seal and the optimization of the structural parameters of the first stage dynamic and static seal ring were implemented.
