摘要 华龙一号堆型是我国具有自主知识产权的三代百万千万级压水堆核电技术,成功出口巴基斯坦。安注箱是HPR1000堆型自主设计过程中重要设备,对于电厂安全有着非常重要的作用,与原有的M310安注箱相比,电厂在多个方面对于设备都提出了诸多新的要求。文中着重对于设备设计参数、结构形式、材料选取等方面的设计考量,详细阐述了设计中主要的改进项目,并对于改进的原因及其依据进行了说明。 HPR1000 nuclear power plant is the third generation of one million ten million class PWR nuclear power technology with independent intellectual property rights,which has been successfully exported to Pakistan.Accumulator is an important equipment in the independent design process of hpr1000 reactor,which plays a very important role in the safety of power plant.Compared with the original M310 safety accumulator,the power plant puts forward many new requirements for the equipment in many aspects.Focused on the design considerations of equipment design parameters,structural form and material selection,the main improvement items in the design in detail were described,and the reasons and basis for the improvement were explained.
