摘要
“十四五”是我国生活垃圾分类以及分类收集、运输、处理在全国范围内全面展开、纵深推进的关键时期。通过对近年来我国生活垃圾相关政策和部分典型城市的生活垃圾管理制度分析,梳理我国生活垃圾管理的宏观思路和逻辑框架,为生活垃圾管理提供切实参考和决策支持,对生活垃圾处理处置行业的市场和发展方向进行预测与探讨。
It is a key stage for the promotion of municipal solid waste(MSW)classification,collection,transportation and treatment throughout the 14^(th) FYP period in China.Based on the analysis of policies and typical MSW management regulations of different cities in recent years,this paper combs the macro ideas and logical framework of domestic waste management in China,summarizes the practical reference and decision support for MSW management,and discusses market development direction of MSW disposal industry in China.
