雷火灸辅助疗法对肺纤维化并发肺气肿患者血清炎性细胞因子的影响

An exploration on the eff ect of the thunder fi re moxibustion adjuvant therapy on the serum infl ammatory cytokines in patients with pulmonary fi brosis complicated with emphysema

目的探究雷火灸辅助疗法对肺纤维化并发肺气肿患者血清炎性细胞因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月期间我院收治的158例肺纤维化并发肺气肿患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各79例。2组患者均给予头孢呋辛钠联合缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上给予雷火灸辅助治疗。比较治疗前后2组患者的各项肺部功能、纤维化和炎性细胞因子指标水平。结果治疗后2组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、DLCO水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;治疗后2组的HA、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、LN水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;治疗后2组的TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,TGF-β1水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,具有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸辅助疗法能够有效降低肺纤维化并发肺气肿患者各项血清炎性细胞因子水平,进而改善肺部纤维化和肺部功能。

Objective To explore the effect of the thunder fire moxibustion adjuvant therapy on the serum infl ammatory cytokines in patients with pulmonary fi brosis complicated with emphysema.Methods A total of 158 patients with pulmonary fi brosis complicated with emphysema treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 79 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cefuroxime sodium combined with valsartan,and the observation group was additionally treated with thunder fi re moxibustion.The index levels of lung function,fi brosis and inflammatory cytokines in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and DLCO in the two groups were all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the levels of HA,PC-III,IV-C and LN were all decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,while the TGF-β1 levels of the two were both increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group.All of the above index diff erences were signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thunder fi re moxibustion adjuvant therapy can eff ectively reduce the levels of serum infl ammatory cytokines in patients with pulmonary fi brosis complicated with emphysema and improve pulmonary fi brosis and lung function.
