湖北艺术职业学院人物形象设计专业人才培养模式的改革与实践

针对湖北艺术职业学院人物形象设计专业人才培养模式中存在的问题开展多元化改革和实践。结合适应湖北省区域经济建设和社会发展需求,建立具有行业和产业特色的人才培养方案。利用校企融合、产教融合建立了多层次融合的理论和实践教学体系,提升了学生的工匠精神,通过建设业界导师专家队伍实现了教学前沿化,以职业技能大赛为依托、以赛促学提高了学生的专业技能。通过在人才培养方面的改革创新,开创了多样化培养人物形象设计高素质人才的创新之路,为我国人物形象设计专业高职教育的建设和改革提供一种新的途径。

In view of the problems existing in the talent training mode of character design in Professional Arts Institute HuBei,reform and practice were introduced.Based on the needs of regional economic construction and social development in Hubei Province,a talent training mode with industry and industrial characteristics have be established.The reform of practical and theoretical teaching system was explored through school-enterprise fusion and industry education interation,which improved the spirit of craftsman of students.The professional skill of students was improved through the construction of industry experts,studying with vocational competition on technical ability.Through the reform and innovation in talent training,the Innovation of the diversification of talents cultivating mode for character image design were developed,which provides a new way for the construction and reform of higher vocational education of character image design specialty in China.
