摘要
通过对沥青混凝土路面就地热再生施工工艺流程及热再生设备进行研究,在加热机上安装耙松装置,将原来的就地热再生工艺进行优化,并对施工过程中的加热温度、机组行走速度、铣刨温度、再生剂用量及各流程中混合料的温度等指标进行检测,及时对施工工程质量进行检测,归纳能控制就地热再生工程质量的关键因素,并为就地热再生施工技术规范的建立提供一定的实践依据。
Through the research on the construction process and heat recycling equipment of asphalt concrete pavement in situ geothermal recycling,the harrowing device is installed on the heating machine to optimize the original in situ geothermal recycling process,and the heating temperature,unit walking speed,milling temperature,the amount of recycling agent and the temperature of mixture in each process are detected in the construction process,so as to timely monitor the construction project Through quality inspection,the key factors that can control the quality of in place geothermal regeneration project are summarized,and some practical basis is provided for the establishment of in place geothermal regeneration construction technical specifications.
