摘要
绩溪抽水蓄能电站钢岔管HD值4048m·m,其规模居国内前列。为检验钢岔管制作及焊接施工质量,验证结构的可靠性,部分消除钢岔管的尖端应力并使尖状缺陷钝化,保证钢岔管安全运行,进行了原型水压试验。试验结果表明,原型观测结果与有限元数值模拟计算成果基本吻合。
The HD value of steel bifurcated pipe of Jixi Pumped Storage Power Station is 4048m.m,and its scale is in the forefront of China.In order to check the quality of steel bifurcated pipe operation and welding construction and to verify the reliability of the structure,a prototype hydraulic test was carried out to partially eliminate the tip stress of the steel bifurcated pipe and passivate the tip defect so as to ensure the safe operation of the steel bifurcated pipe.The test results show that the prototype observation results are basically in agreement with the finite element numerical simulation results.
