地下厂房岩壁吊车梁动态设计

摘要 某抽水蓄能电站地下厂房装机容量1?800MW,起重设备采用2台250t/50t桥式起重机,采用岩壁吊车梁。岩壁部分区域因节理面切割及开挖爆破影响,部分区域超挖较多,岩壁吊车梁体型与设计体型不符,受力条件发生变化。针对该问题提出了7种解决方案,6种补强加固方法。施工中根据岩台部位测量及地质素描成果,确定采用何种方案,动态设计岩壁吊车梁及支护参数。该岩壁梁动态设计方法可较为方便地指导现场施工,目前桥机运行稳定,说明该方法是合理有效的。 The installed capacity of underground powerhouse of a pumped storage power station is 1800MW.Two 250t/50t bridge cranes are used for lifting equipment and rock wall crane beams are used for lifting equipment.Due to the influence of cutting and excavation blasting of joint surfaces in some areas of rock wall,there are many over-excavations in some areas.The rock wall crane beams are not in conformity with the design type and the stress conditions have changed.In view of this problem,seven solutions and six reinforcement and reinforcement methods are put forward in this paper.According to the measurement of rock platform position and geological sketch results,the construction scheme is determined and the rock wall crane beam and support parameters are designed dynamically during construction.The dynamic design method of rock wall beam can guide field construction more conveniently.At present,the bridge crane runs stably,which proves that this method is reasonable and effective.
