Causes and Control Measures for Cracks in Precast Concrete T-beam

混凝土裂缝是施工中较普遍出现的问题,按照裂缝形成原因一般分为荷载裂缝和非荷载裂缝,荷载裂缝在混凝土强度未达到承重要求时不施加或者减少荷载即可避免。非荷载原因引起的裂缝形成原因复杂,在施工中很难避免。通过对预制T梁混凝土裂缝性状分析,剖析裂缝形成机理,介绍减少和控制预制T梁裂缝的措施。

Concrete cracks are a common problem in construction.They are generally classified as load cracks and non-load cracks according to their causes.Load cracks can be avoided without applying or reducing loads when concrete strength fails to meet important requirements.Cracks caused by non-load causes are complex and difficult to avoid during construction.By analyzing the crack characteristics of precast T-beam concrete,this paper analyses the crack formation mechanism and introduces measures to reduce and control cracks of precast T-beam.
