摘要
风电作为一种重要的可再生能源,其发展备受青睐,但随着当前我国产业结构升级、节能降耗、降成本等因素的强力推动,风电建设技术也在不断革新升级。以云南楚雄大中山风电场为例证,通过对采用新型梁板式预应力锚栓基础与传统基础环式基础在结构稳定可靠性、投资成本等方面进行综合对比考量,显示采用新型预应力锚栓,一方面使风机基础结构稳定性更强,耐久性得到提高;另一方面可节约投资成本,平均单台风机基础可节约混凝土达25%,钢筋节约达10%,为工程节省约200×10^(4)元投资,同时也是促进风电建设向“节能降耗、技术革新降成本”方向发展的一项有力举措。
As an important renewable energy,the development of wind power is highly appreciated.However,with the strong promotion of industrial structure upgrading,energy saving,consumption reduction,cost reduction,etc.,the wind power construction technology is also constantly innovating and upgrading.Taking Dashan wind farm in Chuxiong as an example,this paper comprehensively compares and considers new girder-plate type prestressed anchor bolt foundation with the traditional foundation ring foundation in terms of structure stability,reliability and investment cost,and introduces the application of new pre-stressed anchor bolt.On the one hand,it can enhance the stability and durability of fan foundation structure.On the other hand,it can save investment cost,25%of concrete and 10%of steel bar,and save about 200×10^(4) yuan of investment for the project.It is also a powerful measure to promote the development of wind power construction toward the direction of“energy saving,consumption reduction,technical innovation and cost reduction”.
