摘要
对梨园电站现场存在的技术供水电动阀故障频繁现状进行分析,发现力矩跳断成为影响电动阀工作的主要问题。通过对电动阀机械结构和控制程序两方面入手,提出解决方案及优化措施,解决了电动阀故障频繁问题,提高了机组自动开停机成功率,降低了运维人员手动操作工作量,同时减少了设备损耗,为设备稳定运行提供保障。
Based on the analysis of the frequent faults of electric valves for technical water supply in Liyuan Hydropower Station,it is found that the main problem affecting the operation of electric valves is the break of torque.Through two aspects of mechanical structure and control procedure of electric valves,the solution and optimization measures are proposed in this paper.The measures solved the problem of frequent failure of electric valve,increased the success rate of automatic start-up and shutdown of unit,reduced the manual operation workload of operators and maintenance personnel,reduced the equipment loss and provided guarantee for stable operation of equipment.At the same time,it reduces the equipment loss and provides guarantee for the stable operation of the equipment.
