Application of Oil Chromatography in Supervision of Transformer Oil Quality

通过实际案例分析,阐述电网运行中最常见的一次设备变压器设备的运行、维护经验,对变压器油油质监督中油色谱分析方法,通过采用油色谱分析技术及统计数据的分析,切实保障油质的合格性,及时辨别出变压器内部所存在的潜伏性故障和故障的性质,提出防范措施,实现变压器的不停电检测,进而提高变压器整体的运行质量。

This paper describes the operation and maintenance experience of transformer equipment,which is the most common equipment in network operation,as well as oil chromatographic analysis method in oil quality supervision of transformer.Through oil chromatography and analysis of statistical data,the preventive measures are put forward.This method can guarantee the qualifications of oil quality,identify latent faults and fault characteristics in transformer in time,realize non-stop detection of transformer,and improve the overall operation quality of transformer.
