Cause Analysis of Frequent Start-up of Oil Pump in Governor Oil Pressure Device

调速器系统油压装置油泵启动频繁是水轮机组运行中比较常见的问题,其产生的危害也是巨大的。油泵长时间频繁启动导致电机寿命缩短,厂用电率上升,调速器系统油温上升。系统油温上升会破坏油压装置及调速器系统密封,加速漏油量增大,进一步恶化油泵启动频繁情况,形成恶性循环,严重破坏机组稳定运行。对桑河二级水电站4号机组油泵启动频繁原因分析和探讨。

Frequent start-up of oil pump in oil pressure device of governor system is a common problem in operation of hydraulic unit and its harm is huge. Long-term and frequent start-up of oil pump results in shorter life of motor, higher power consumption rate and higher oil temperature of governor system.The increase of oil temperature in the system will destroy the seal of oil pressure device and governor system, accelerate the increase of oil leakage, further deteriorate the frequent start-up of oil pump, form a vicious cycle and seriously destroy the stable operation of unit. This paper analyses and discusses the reasons for frequent start-up of oil pump of unit 4 of Sanghe Ⅱ Hydropower Station.
