悬臂式掘进机在水利工程隧道开挖中应用广泛,但现行水利工程概预算定额中没有相关定额子目。结合四川某水库工程灌浆隧洞施工采用EBZ260悬臂式掘进机施工,应项目要求,施工单位选取隧洞前300m作为掘进试验生产。通过试验性生产,取得隧洞掘进机工法施工成本、工效、安全等相关参数;结合收集的设备厂家资料、在建项目采用同种机械施工的调研资料等,分析计算EBZ260悬臂式掘进机洞挖单价在该工程为451.86元/m^(3)。

Cantilever tunneling machine is widely used in tunnel excavation of hydraulic engineering,but there is no relevant quota subitem in current budget estimate quota of hydraulic engineering.EBZ260 cantilever tunneling machine is used in grouting tunnel construction of a reservoir project in Sichuan.According to the requirements of the project,the construction unit selects 300m before the tunnel as the test production for tunnel excavation.Through trial production,relevant parameters such as construction cost,work efficiency and safety of tunnel excavator method are obtained.Based on data collected from equipment manufacturers and investigation data of construction projects with the same kind of machinery,the unit price of EBZ260 cantilever tunneling machine excavation in this project is 451.86 yuan/m^(3).
