论黑格尔辩证法体系的缺陷与中国特色辩证法体系的创新

On the Defects of Hegel's Dialectical System and the Innovation of the Dialectical System with Chinese Characteristics

黑格尔是欧洲哲学史上第一个将辩证法思想建构为一个完整体系的哲学家。黑格尔辩证法体系存在缺陷主要表现在:质量律不讲质与量的平衡、矛盾律不讲斗争与和谐的辩证关系、总体与局部只从形式逻辑展开而不讲两者的辩证联系;曲直律只讲曲不讲直,没有提及实践。针对黑格尔辩证法缺陷,联系马克思主义发展历程,借鉴中国传统辩证法思想丰富的资源,找到中国特色辩证法体系创新的节点。中国特色辩证法提出六大规律:矛盾本根律、双重平衡律、对立和谐交替律、分合互动律、曲直交替律、质量更新律,并以“逻辑历史实践三统一”为体系结构原则。

Hegel was the first philosopher in the history of European philosophy who integrated dialectical thoughts into a complete system.The main defects of Hegel's dialectical system are:(1)His law of quality and quantity does not deal with the balance between quality and quantity;(2)His law of contradiction does not deal with the dialectical relationship between opposites and harmony;(3)His view of the whole and the parts is dealt with only from the perspective of formal logic,without dealing with the dialectical connection between them;(4)H is law of the curved and the straight deals only with the curved but not with the straight;(5)He abandons pract ice.The key point of the innovation of the dialectical system with Chinese characteristics should be found by means of criticizing Hegel's dialectial system,connecting with the development process of Marxism,and learni ng from the rich resources of traditional Chinese dialectics.According to the dialectics with Chinese characteri stics as a system,six laws(i.e.law of the fundamental contradiction,law of double balance,law of the alternat ion between opposites and the harmony,law of splitting-integrating interaction,law of the alternation between the curved and the straight,and law of the update from quantity to quality)are proposed,and“the triple unificat ion of logic,history,and practice”is the structural principle of this system.
