颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的临床价值

Clinical Value of Carotid Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探究颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的临床价值。方法:选择2018年1月-2021年2月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的93例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究组,选择同期于笔者所在医院体检的93例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组斑块检出率、内膜增厚率;比较两组斑块分布情况。结果:研究组斑块检出率、内膜增厚率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组斑块分布位置比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与健康者相比,缺血性脑血管病患者斑块检出率、内膜增厚率均较高,颈动脉超声可用于缺血性脑血管病的诊断,为患者临床治疗提供更有效理论依据。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Method:A total of 93 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the study group,and 93 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.The plaque detection rate and the incidence of intimal thickening were compared between the two groups.The plaque distribution was compared between the two groups.Result:The plaque detection rate and intimal thickening rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the plaque distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with healthy subjects,the plaque detection rate and intima thickening rate are higher in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Carotid ultrasound can be used for the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,providing more effective theoretical basis for clinical treatment of patients.
