老年青光眼合并白内障行联合手术治疗30例围术期循证护理分析

A Study of the Evidence-based Nursing Method in 30 Elders with Glaucoma and Cataract Adopting Combined Operation

目的:对老年青光眼合并白内障行联合手术治疗的护理措施进行分析探讨。方法:以2018年1月-2020年6月本院接受治疗的60例老年青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行联合手术治疗,将其随机分为两组,对照组30例患者行常规护理,观察组30例患者在常规护理基础上行循证护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组SF-36各方面得分显著高于对照组(t=26.405、15.822、13.099、15.788、14.565、14.669、12.848、20.253,P<0.05),观察组收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率、心率指标显著低于对照组(t=12.520、15.230、5.865、3.923,P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论:对老年青光眼合并白内障行联合手术治疗患者积极开展循证护理,可以确保手术顺利进行,提高手术效果,改善患者视力,促进患者康复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To study the nursing method in elder with glaucoma and cataract adopting combined operation.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with glaucoma and cataract in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as study object,all of them were carried out combined operation,and were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group were adopted conventional nursing,30 cases in experimental group were adopted evidence-based nursing on basis of the conventional nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The SF-36 scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group(t=26.405,15.822,13.099,15.788,14.565,14.669,12.848,20.253,P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiration rate,heart rate of experimental group were lower than those of control group(t=12.520,15.230,5.865,3.923,P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%of control group(χ;=4.706,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of control group(χ;=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with glaucoma and cataract adopting combined operation,can ensure the carrying out of the operation,enhance the operation effect,improve the rehabilitation,is worthy of clinical application.
