宫腔镜手术治疗异常子宫出血的效果

Effect of Hysteroscopic Surgery in Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的:探讨宫腔镜手术治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的临床效果。方法:选择2018年11月-2020年11月80例AUB患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组实施常规刮宫术,研究组给予宫腔镜下诊断性刮宫术,3个月后记录两组疗效、并发症发生率,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、月经失血图(PBAC)评分、血红蛋白(Hb)和性激素[雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平。结果:研究组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。研究组内膜厚度、PBAC评分低于对照组,Hb高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组E2、LH、FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术提高AUB患者的疗效,降低并发症发生率,减少子宫内膜厚度、PBAC评分,减少出血量,改善性激素水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy surgery in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Method:A total of 80 patients with AUB,selected from November 2018 to November 2020,were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional curettage,and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic diagnostic curettage.At 3 months after operation,the curative effect and complication rate were recorded in the two groups.The endometrial thickness,pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score,hemoglobin(Hb)and sex hormone[estradiol(E;),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and PBAC score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and Hb was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of E;,LH and FSH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy surgery can improve the curative effect,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce endometrial thickness,PBAC scores,reduce blood loss and improve the levels of sex hormone in patients with AUB.
