复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Lactobacillus Capsule in the Treatment of Abdominal Henoch Schonlein Purpura in Children

目的:探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜(HSP)的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年12月在笔者所在医院确诊的60例腹型HSP患儿,依照随机分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗。分别于治疗前后,采用生化分析仪检测免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平;记录两组皮疹消退时间、胃肠道症状消失时间及住院时间;比较两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮疹消退时间、胃肠道症状消失时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清IgA、IgM及IgG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率为10.34%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗腹型HSP的效果较好,可以加快皮疹的消退,缩短住院时间,且可以降低复发率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound Lactobacillus Capsule in the treatment of abdominal henoch schonlein purpura(HSP)in children.Method:A total of 60 children with abdominal HSP diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Compound Lactobacillus Capsule on the basis of the control group.Immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels were detected by biochemical analyzer before and after treatment.The rash regression time,gastrointestinal symptoms disappearance time and hospitalization time of the two groups were recorded.The clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rash regression time,gastrointestinal symptoms disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow up for 6 months,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 10.34%,which was lower than 33.33 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Lactobacillus Capsule has a good effect in the treatment of abdominal HSP,which can accelerate the regression of rash,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the recurrence rate.
