程控间歇脉冲输注应用于单胎头位初产妇的分娩镇痛效果

Effect of Programmed Intermittent Pulse Infusion on Labor Analgesia of Primipara with Single Fetal Head Position

目的:探讨程控间歇脉冲输注应用于单胎头位初产妇的分娩镇痛效果分析。方法:将本院2020年1-10月选择60例单胎头位初产妇分组,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例,给予持续输注镇痛,观察组30例,给予程控间歇脉冲输注镇痛,观察两组临床效果、疼痛评分、分娩相关情况及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)及T_(5)的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);PCA追加次数、用药总量及产后出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05),两组新生儿Apgar评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:程控间歇脉冲输注应用于单胎头位初产妇可有效降低疼痛度,改善分娩情况,从而提高临床效果且不良反应小。

Objective:To investigate the effect of programmed intermittent pulse infusion on labor analgesia of primipara with single fetal head position.Method:From January to October 2020,60 primiparas with single fetal head position in our hospital were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given continuous infusion analgesia,and the observation group was given programmed intermittent pulse infusion analgesia.The clinical effect,pain score,delivery related conditions and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS scores at T_(2),T_(3),T_(4)and T_(5)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the number of additional PCA,total amount of medication and postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score(P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than 40.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of programmed intermittent pulse infusion in primipara with single fetal head position can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve the delivery situation,and improve the clinical effect,with less adverse reactions.
