尿激酶辅助钻孔引流术对老年慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床疗效及对神经功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Urokinase-assisted Trepanation and Drainage on Senile Patients with Chronic Subdural Hematoma and Its Influence on Neurological Function

目的:探究尿激酶辅助钻孔引流术对老年慢性硬膜下血肿患者临床疗效及神经功能影响。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2020年12月收治的老年慢性硬膜下血肿患者90例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组接受常规钻孔引流术治疗干预,在此基础上,观察组加以尿激酶干预治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术效果及治疗前后的神经功能,并比较两组患者的并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NES水平明显低于对照组,GCS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿激酶辅助钻孔引流术对老年慢性硬膜下血肿患者临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者神经功能,安全性更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Urokinase-assisted drilling and drainage on the clinical efficacy and neurological function of elderly patients with chronic subdural hematoma.Method:A total of 90 elderly patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drilling and drainage treatment intervention,on the basis of which,the observation group received Urokinase intervention treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy,surgical effect and neurological function before and after treatment between the two groups,and compared the incidence of complications between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NES level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the GCS score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urokinase-assisted drilling and drainage has a significant clinical effect on elderly patients with chronic subdural hematoma,which can obviously improve the neurological function of patients,with higher safety.
