镜像视觉反馈疗法治疗脑卒中并发上肢偏瘫的效果

Effect of Mirror Visual Feedback Therapy on Stroke Complicated with Upper Limb Hemiplegia

目的:探讨镜像视觉反馈疗法治疗脑卒中并发上肢偏瘫的效果。方法:选取笔者所在科2018年9月-2020年1月收治的60例脑卒中并发上肢偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规康复治疗和肌电生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以镜像视觉反馈疗法。比较两组上肢运动功能、肱三头肌表面肌电指标、神经功能及日常生活能力。结果:干预3、6个月后,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肱三头肌均方根值、中位频率、积分肌电值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ARAT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镜像视觉反馈疗法治疗脑卒中并发上肢偏瘫能有效改善患者上肢功能、肱三头肌表面肌电指标,进而提高患者生活能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of mirror visual feedback therapy in the treatment of stroke complicated with upper limb hemiplegia.Method:A total of 60 patients with stroke complicated with upper limb hemiplegia admitted in our department from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy and electromyography biofeedback therapy,and the observation group was given mirror visual feedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The upper limb motor function,triceps brachii surface electromyography index,nerve function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Result:After 3 and 6 months of intervention,FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The triceps brachii root mean square value,median frequency and integral electromyography value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and ARAT score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mirror visual feedback therapy in the treatment of stroke complicated with upper limb hemiplegia can effectively improve the upper limb function and triceps brachii surface electromyography index,and then improve the life ability of patients.
