摘要
产业链是创新链、供应链、空间链和价值链四个内含链相互作用的集合体,能够体现高技术产业高质量发展内涵。文章利用四个内含链构建高技术产业高质量发展测度体系,通过主成分分析法对中国2000—2019年年度数据和2019年26个省份的高技术高质量发展水平进行测度。结果显示,创新链、价值链和供应链对中国高技术产业高质量发展的影响力度小于空间链的影响,整体呈上升-下降-上升趋势;2019年各省市高技术产业高质量发展水平大致呈橄榄球形状,高分组省市是创新引领者,中间组省市比重较大,是提升中国高技术产业高质量发展的中坚力量,低分组省市虽然都有区域特色产业,但其优势并未发挥出来。因此,通过强化创新链,构建现代化产业链供应链体系,发挥空间链区域优势,提升价值链能级,可以实现高技术产业高质量发展。
Industrial chain is the integration of innovation chain,supply chain,space chain and value chain,which can deeply reflect the connotation of high-quality development of high-tech industry.This paper uses four internal chains to build a high-quality development measurement system of high-tech industry,and measures the high-quality development level of 26 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2019 and 2019 by principal component analysis.The results show that the impact of innovation chain,value chain and supply chain on the high-quality development of high-tech industry is less than that of space chain,and the overall trend is upward downward upward;In 2019,the high-quality development level in all provinces and cities is roughly Rugby shaped.The high grouping provinces and cities are innovation leaders,and the middle group has a large proportion,which is the backbone to improve the high-qua-lity development of high-tech industry in china.Although the low grouping provinces and cities have regional characteristic industries,their advantages have not been come out.Therefore,we should strengthen the innovation chain,build a modern industrial and supply chain system,emerge the regional advantages of space chain,enhance the level of value chain,and realize the high-quality development of high-tech industry.
