金融分权、技术创新与绿色发展--基于企业家精神中介作用

Financial Decentralization,Technological Innovation and Green Development--Based on the Mediating Role of Entrepreneurship

选取企业家精神为中介变量,构建金融分权、技术创新、企业家精神驱动绿色发展的结构模型,并采用PLS-SEM模型算法,对2003-2020年全国31个省份的面板数据进行处理分析。实证结果表明,技术创新对绿色发展的影响最强,通过"技术创新→企业家精神→绿色发展"路径产生的间接效应略大于"技术创新→绿色发展"路径产生的直接效应;金融分权对绿色发展的总效应仅次于技术创新,主要通过"金融分权→绿色发展"路径与绿色发展呈U型关系,同时也可以通过"金融分权→企业家精神→绿色发展"路径对绿色发展起到一定作用;企业家精神对绿色发展产生的总效应最小,但它是连接金融分权、技术创新和绿色发展的重要枢纽。应适度深化金融分权,构建产学研融合的绿色技术创新体系,保护和激发企业家精神,提升绿色发展水平。

The paper adopts entrepreneurship as a mediator to construct a structural model of financial decentralization, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship-driven green development, and uses PLS-SEM model algorithm to process and analyze the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2003 to 2020. The empirical results show that technological innovation has the strongest impact on green development, and the indirect effect through the path of "technological innovation→ entrepreneurship→ green development" is slightly greater than the direct effect through the path of "technological innovation→ green development". The total effect of financial decentralization on green development is second only to technological innovation, and has a U-shaped relationship with green development mainly through the path of "financial decentralization→ green development". At the same time, it can also play a certain role in green development through the path of "financial decentralization→ entrepreneurship→ green development". Entrepreneurship has the least total effect on green development, but it is an important hub connecting financial decentralization, technological innovation and green development. We should appropriately deepen financial decentralization, build a green technology innovation system that integrates production, education and research, protect and stimulate entrepreneurship, and promote green development.
