摘要
工业企业节能减排是实现我国碳中和目标的关键所在。突破传统单体节能策略,通过区域供能系统满足工业园区多类型工业企业用能需求是推进工业企业节能减排的重要抓手之一。以上海某工业园区为立足点,基于燃气蒸汽联合循环的区域供热系统,针对某大型工业企业的供热改造方案,设计了蒸汽参数控制策略,提出了优化调节方案。实测结果表明,该控制策略可有效实现供热参数的自动控制,使系统在提高供热参数稳定性的同时,有效降低发电气耗并增加系统总收益。
Energy saving and emission reduction of industrial enterprises is the key to achieving the goal of carbon neutralization in China.It is one of the most important ways to promote the energy saving and emission reduction of industrial enterprises to break through the traditional single energy saving strategy and meet the energy demand of various types of industrial enterprises in the industrial park through the regional energy system.Based on an industrial park introducing the district heating system with gas-steam combined cycle,aiming at the heating transformation scheme of a large industrial enterprise,this paper focuses on the control strategy of steam parameter,and puts forward the optimization adjustment scheme.The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively realize the automatic control of heating parameters,improve the stability of heating parameters,reduce the gas consumption of power generation and increase the total revenue of the system.
