振动监测技术在风电齿轮箱解体检修中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着风电规模的不断扩大和风电齿轮箱下架量的增加,风电齿轮箱的解体检修市场逐渐形成。利用西门子3.4 MW风电齿轮箱综合试验台,监测并分析了风电齿轮箱的振动速度和加速频谱,诊断风电齿轮箱故障,以完成风电齿轮箱的解体检修工作。 With the continuous expansion of wind power scale and the increasement of the withdrawing quantity of wind power gearbox,the market in the disassembly inspection and repair of wind power gearbox is forming gradually.By taking advantage of the SIEMENS 3.4 MW wind power gearbox comprehensive test-bed,the author monitors and analyzes the wind power gearbox vibration,velocity spectrum and acceleration spectrum,and diagnoses the failure of wind power gearbox,to compelete the disassembly inspection and repair of wind power gearbox.
