摘要
按照省、市公司统一安排,县供电企业原劳务派遣人员和相关业务转变为业务外包。现管理模式中,对于业务外包合同的管理、业务费用的审核,业务外包绩效、安全、用工出勤率的评价,各专业部门的管控协作,都存在管理的空缺,需要一种切实可行的管控模式作为依据,使业务外包后的管控更加规范,提升工作效能。
In accordance with the unified arrangement of provincial and municipal companies,county power supply company’s original labor dispatch personnel and related business change into business outsourcing.In the current management mode,there is a management vacancy for the management of outsourcing contract,the audit of business costs,the evaluation of outsourcing performance,safety and attendance rate,and the management and control cooperation of various professional departments,so that practical management and control mode is needed to make the management and control of outsourcing more standardized and enhance the work efficiency.
