The standardization of thermal power enterprises is a complete process of continuously pursuing the best practice and obtaining the best efficiency.National Energy Group Jianbi Power Plant is to create the“AAAAA”standardization good behavior enterprise as the platform,to carry out the enterprise standardization throughout the process safety,production,management,service and management.Through business,laws and regulations,standards,list of system optimization,it continues to seek to standardize the order of best practice,help solve practical problems or potential problems of the enterprise.This paper introduces the classification of enterprise standards and the system of enterprise standards,sorts out the problems in enterprise standardization of Jianbi Power Plant of China Energy Group,explains in detail the principles and countermeasures of enterprise standardization in this plant,and summarizes the implementation effect.
