摘要
国网湖州供电公司自2017年引入卓越绩效管理和评价模式以来,充分利用卓越绩效的相关理念,开展专业融合、工作试评价、管理短板精益改进、卓越案例提炼等工作。在工作开展过程中,充分发挥了卓越绩效管理模式的作用和优点,注重与三标认证的互补和结合应用,强调战略、绩效结果和社会责任,促进产品有能力满足顾客和适用法律法规的要求。
Since the introduction of the excellent performance management and evaluation model in 2017,State Grid Huzhou Power Supply Company has made full use of the relevant concepts of outstanding performance and carried out professional integration,work evaluation,lean management improvement,and excellent case extraction.In the process of work,full play has given to the role and advantages of the excellent performance management model,and attention to the complementary and combined application with the three standard certifications.Strategy,performance results and social responsibility during work development has been emphasized,to promote the ability of products to meet customer and applicable laws and regulations.
