从信息通信资产报废管理现状入手,找出薄弱点,通过出台管理制度,为不同资产量身定做不同的管理流程。引入预检,强化痕迹,最终打造安全、绿色的信息通信资产报废管理模式,以实现信息通信资产报废管理的规范化、痕迹化、精益化,有效提高资产报废管理水平。

This paper starts with the current situation of information and communication asset scrapping management,finds out the weak points,and makes different management processes for different assets through the introduction of management system.It introduces pre-inspection,strengthens traces,and finally creates a safe and green information and communication asset scrapping management mode,realizes the standardization,trace and lean of information and communication asset scrapping management,and effectively improves the quality of assets scrap management level.
