In-house training is an important way for the company to cultivate talents and improve the comprehensive quality and technical level of employees.Shanghai Waigaoqian Power Generation Co.,Ltd.applied the new online learning model for the first time in the“Full Staff Training in Occupational Health”project.The new mode of online training for employees has receiced a good effect and accumulated online training experience,and laid a solid foundation for the company’s internal training promotion and online learning in the future.
