干网使用的典型问题分析及改进实践

Analysis of Typical Problems in Dry Net Use and Improvement Practice

在利用废纸制浆生产纸板时,干网容易出现一些问题。本文对采用中高速纸机生产110~200 g/m^(2)的高克重纸板和瓦楞纸产品时,烘干部干网在使用过程中出现的问题进行分析,并给出了改进措施,以期为同类型纸机干网的使用提供参考。

In the production of paperboard with waste paper pulping,some problems are easy to appear in the dry net of three-wire paper machine drying section.This paper mainly summarizes the problems of dry net when using medium and high speed paper machine to produce 110~200 g/m^(2) box board and corrugated paper products,and gives improvement measures,in order to provide reference for the use of the same type of paper machine dry net.
