摘要
以3-甲氧基苯胺、碘苯和4,6-二甲基-2-羟基嘧啶为原料,简单高效地合成了一种新型的D-π-A-π-D型三苯胺嘧啶衍生物(L)。通过质谱、核磁共振波谱对化合物L的结构进行了表征。采用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱,并结合理论计算研究了化合物L的光学性质及外部因素(例如pH、氨基酸、金属离子)对其稳定性的影响,结果表明化合物L具有良好的光学性质,且不受pH、金属离子、氨基酸等外部因素的干扰。MTT测试研究结果表明,化合物L具有较低的生物毒性,已成功应用于活细胞及斑马鱼的荧光成像研究。
A novel D-π-A-π-D type triphenylamine-based pyrimidine derivative(L)was synthesized from 3-methoxyaniline,iodobenzene and 4,6-dimethyl-2-hydroxypyrimidine.The structure of compound L was characterized by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The optical properties of compound L and the influence of external factors(such as pH,amino acids,metal ions)on its stability were investigated by UV-vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra in combination with theoretical calculations.The results show that compound L has good optical properties,which is not affected by external factors such as pH,metal ions and amino acids.The results of MTT assayed that compound L possesses low cytotoxicity,which has been successfully applied to fluorescence imaging of living cells and zebrafish.
