Analysis on Planning Practice of Key Areas in Shenzhen under the Guidance of Space Resource Shortage--A Case of the Planning and Construction of Pinghu Financial Base

平湖金融基地以空间资源紧缺为导向,从分析现状自然资源条件及特征入手,重点讨论其在空间集约高效利用的思考。本文从空间提质增效、高质量可持续发展方面进行不断探索,通过空间单元、多元组织和全链条的规划要素形成创新的规划路径,构建一个产城融合的城市重点创新区,希望其规划思路及开发模式为其他项目提供参考。

Pinghu financial base is guided by the shortage of space resources.Starting with the analysis on the current conditions and characteristics of natural resources,this paper focuses on its thinking on the intensive and efficient utilization of space.This paper makes continuous exploration from the aspects of the improvement of spatial quality and efficiency and high-quality sustainable development,forms an innovative planning path through the planning elements of spatial unit,diversified organization and the whole chain,and constructs a key urban innovation zone integrating industry and city,hoping that its planning ideas and development model can provide a reference for other projects.
