城市医疗设施布局均衡性研究--以成都市成华区为例

Research on Equalization of the Layout of Urban Medical Facilities--A Case of Chenghua District in Chengdu

2020年《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》要求健全基本公共服务体系,提高基本公共服务均等化水平。医疗设施作为公共服务体系的重要组成,其均衡性布局有利于提高社会可持续发展水平、改善城乡居民生活品质。研究以设施均衡性布局为出发点,运用数据统计和ArcGIS空间分析等方法进行定性定量分析,总结成华区医疗设施布局现状特征及其主要问题,进而针对性地提出成华区医疗设施均衡性布局的优化策略,以期为医疗设施均衡性规划布局提供一些有益参考。

In 2020,the CPC Central Committee’s Proposals for Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035 requires that the basic public service system be improved and the level of equalization of basic public services should be improved.As an important component of the public service system,the equalized layout of medical facilities is conducive to promote the social sustainable development and to improve the quality of life of urban and rural residents.The research takes the equalized layout of facilities as basis,uses data statistics and ArcGIS spatial analysis and other methods to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis,analyzes and summarizes the current characteristics of the layout of medical facilities in Chenghua District and its main problems.Then the optimization strategy of the equalized layout of medical facilities in Chenghua District is proposed.It is hoped that it can provide some useful references for the equalized planning and layout of medical facilities.
