萧红故居历史文化街区活力再生策略研究

Research on Revitalization Strategy of the Historical and Cultural District of Xiao Hong Former Residence

历史文化街区是城市历史文化的承载地,是一个城市的记忆,也是一座城市荣耀与辉煌的积淀。萧红故居历史文化街区由于现有规划不尽合理,对周边居民和外来游客吸引力低下,成为城市中寂静的文化孤岛。为达成萧红故居历史文化街区活力再生的主旨,通过文献研究和实地调研相结合的研究方法,从公共空间、周边环境和文化传承三方面对现状情况进行分析,总结出存在的七点问题,从而提出提升空间质量、重建景观秩序、扩展传承维度三大活力再生策略。活力再生策略的应用可以在恢复城市记忆的同时,既增加城市公共空间的繁荣度,又提升萧红故居历史街区的文化地位。

The historical and cultural district is the bearing place of the city’s history and culture,the memory of a city,and the accumulation of a city’s glory and glory.The historical and cultural district of Xiao Hong former residence has become a quiet cultural island in the city due to its unreasonable current planning and low attraction to surrounding residents and foreign tourists.In order to achieve the main purpose of the vitality regeneration of the historical and cultural block of Xiao Hong former residence,through a combination of literature research and field investigation,the current situation is analyzed from three aspects:public space,surrounding environment and cultural heritage,and seven existing problems are summarized.Three vital regeneration strategies are proposed to improve space quality,to rebuild landscape order,and to expand inheritance dimensions.The application of vitality regeneration strategy can not only increase the prosperity of urban public space,but also enhance the cultural status of the historic district of Xiao Hong’s former residence while restoring the city’s memory.
