基于热工技术下济南南崖村新民居设计研究

摘要 传统民居随着时间的推移,必然会出现老化、损坏等一系列问题,给村民生活带来不便。但修建时大多会选择重建“千村一面”的钢筋混凝土住房,而不是对老屋进行修缮与维护,也不再沿用传统的构造技术与自然材料去建造,进而导致极具地域性特色的传统文化建筑风貌被破坏。本文以济南南崖村为设计研究对象,从热工的角度入手,采用低成本、高效率的传统民居智慧的建构方式,对存在的问题进行改善。借用节能软件对比分析,得出改建后的新民居具备较好的热工性能,从而对以济南地区为代表的寒冷地区的新民居设计提供一些思路。 With the passage of time,a series of problems such as aging and damage will inevitably appear in traditional dwellings,which will bring inconvenience to villagers’life.However,most of them choose to rebuild similar reinforced concrete housings rather than repair and maintain the old houses,or use the traditional construction technology and natural materials to build.And then the traditional culture with regional characteristics is destroyed.This paper takes Nanya village in Jinan as the research object,from the perspective of thermal engineering,adopts the low-cost and high-efficiency construction method of traditional residential wisdom to improve the existing problems.By using energy-saving software for comparative analysis,it is concluded that the new residential buildings after reconstruction have better thermal performance,so as to provide some ideas for the design of new residential buildings in cold areas represented by Jinan area.
