叙事理论下近现代建筑遗产空间活化研究--以济南商埠区为例

Research on the Activation of Modern Architectural Heritage Space Based on Narrative Theory--A Case of Jinan Commercial Port District

近现代建筑遗产是城市的历史见证,更是城市人民的集体记忆,本文运用叙事的手法,从历史变迁、遗产特性、现状问题和活化再生四个方面对济南商埠区的遗产空间活力衰减现象进行研究,特别是对遗产建筑的可达性不足、主题性混杂、遗产建筑和历史事件耦合性不足等问题进行研究,将相关数据分析与叙事手法结合,提出围绕物、事、场要素结合的策略,为使商埠区重新焕发活力提供建议。

Modern architectural heritage is not only the historical witness of the city,but also the collective memory of the city people.This paper uses narrative techniques to study the decay phenomenon of the vitality of the heritage space in Jinan commercial port district from four aspects of historical changes,heritage characteristics,current problems and activation regeneration,especially the lack of accessibility,thematic hybrid,heritage buildings and historical events.Through the analysis on relevant data and the combination of narrative techniques,this paper puts forward the strategy of combining the elements of things,events and fields,and provides suggestions for the revitalization of the commercial port area.
